Model, Kendra Rg Gerlitz, better known as @kendra.rg on Instagram, currently lives in Calgary, Alberta. She has a unique and beautiful appearance due to her mix of Metis and German ancestry. A well-known local model, she has quickly gained popularity since she began consistently taking photos in the last year. Kendra shares that she began modeling because she has always been interested in fashion, makeup, and photography, and she knew that it would help boost her confidence.
Currently, she has 101k followers on Instagram and has recently started creating content on TikTok as well (@kendragerlitz). On Kendra’s Instagram account, you can see photos from her photo shoots that have been taken at various locations in Calgary and Alberta. Kendra has been spending more time focusing on enhancing her social media platforms by creating original content, all while expanding her modeling portfolio by participating in more photo shoots. As an ambitious woman, Kendra currently holds two part-time jobs and dreams of one day owning her own company. As part of her efforts to achieve this goal, she plans to return to school to pursue a degree in Business. By staying determined, Kendra knows that she can build something great for her future. Kendra is also not a stranger to overcoming adversity, as she also shared how her family has been impacted by mental health and addiction. Even though she has struggled with mental health personally, she has never let it stop her from achieving success in life. Now, she hopes that she can inspire others who face similar challenges.
Kendra opened up about dropping out of high school at the age of 14 for personal reasons. Currently, she is attending Bow Valley to complete her high school diploma, which she hopes to complete in 6 months. Kendra’s story shows that it is never too late to achieve your goals. As she shares with us, she is proud of how she came from nothing to build a life for herself. She was surprised at how quickly she rose to influencer status but finds it gives her great joy and confidence. In addition, she explained how her platform allows her to support others and to make connections she may not have previously been able to make before growing her following.
Kendra would like others to know that she is extremely driven and outgoing. In her art, modeling, and original content, she aims to empower herself and others. The fast rate at which she has grown in popularity has left her with no plans to slow down. In addition to her career, Kendra enjoys outdoor activities like camping, hiking, and snowboarding, as well as walks with her dog. Other interests include photography and finding new restaurants to try in Calgary.
