Lovely facility in a lovely park setting. A decent gym and a good pool. I swim laps. Also has a steam room. Have been back twice since my initial visit last week.(Google reviews)

We loved it! Kids shallow end was shallow enough for my toddler to stand in but deep enough for me to actually swim and let my older daughter to dive for rings. The front staff and life guards are super friendly and very informative. My older daughter conquered her lap test which allowed her to swim in the deep end without my shadowing her. It was a huge accomplishment. That young life guard who did her test had helped change my daughters life when he drew the mark on her arm. She gained more confidence leaving the pool today. Thank you grand trunk staff! 🤗🤗🤗 We will definitely be back soon!(Google reviews

I have to travel for work to AB and I practice olympic weightlifting. I was glad to see two lifting platforms and Rogue bumper plates at this Y. I don’t know if it’s okay to drop the bar, though. Today’s training was light weight so didn’t have to drop the bar anyway. One of the staff members approached me, I thought I was in trouble but he just complimented my technique. Friendly staff. Thanks for having me today.(Google reviews)

My favourite gym. Greg is always extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Always appreciate his smile!(Google reviews)
